General Ordering and Delivery Information
Where do we Deliver?
We deliver gifts to any address in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands*).
We currently do not deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO).
For information on delivery to a non-UK address please contact us with full details, and we will respond to you as soon as possible on whether or not we can arrange delivery and what the price will be.
What are the Delivery Options?
1) Standard UK first class delivery via Royal Mail is £3.95.
Delivery takes ~ 1-3 days from posting, using Royal Mail 1st class, recorded delivery.
- Signature will be required.
- Track & trace is available using this service but it only tells you whether the parcel is in transit with Royal Mail, delivery attempted or if it has been signed for. Details of the signature are only available on-line approximately 24 hours after signature received.
Delivery takes ~ 1-3 days from posting, using Royal Mail 1st class, recorded delivery.
If you want NEXT DAY delivery you will need to pay a supplement at checkout.
2) Guaranteed Next Day UK by 1pm (Mon-Fri) - we do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday.

Terms & Conditions of delivery
- A signature is required for all orders. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm.
- Goods must be in stock.
- For orders placed before 12 noon we aim to dispatch the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 noon are dispatched the following working day.
- All dispatch timings are subject to availability and security.
- All orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday, except on Bank Holidays, when they will be dispatched on Tuesday.
- Orders that contain pre-order products (i.e. not currently in stock) will be dispatched as soon as all products are in stock.
- Please also note that during busy seasonal times of year there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details in the unlikely event that you'll need to allow extra time for delivery.
- Orders paid for by cheque will be held for 7 days to await clearance.
Can you deliver to Hospitals in the United Kingdom?
Yes. However, in our experience it is usually better to deliver a gift to a patient's home after they have left hospital, as each hospital can differ in its policies and procedures for ensuring a gift reaches a patient. As such, we take responsibility only for delivery to the hospital postal room, but do not take responsibility for in-hospital distribution of the gift.
- For delivery to hospitals please include the recipient's room number, and ensure before ordering that the recipient is not scheduled for discharge within the window of delivery. In some hospitals parcel deliveries may not be permissible.
- Please ensure you telephone the hospital before ordering, to inquire about their policies. There are multiple steps in the delivery process within hospitals, and each hospitals procedures can vary, we can only be responsible for ensuring signed delivery at the designated initial point of receipt within the hospital. We recommend that you follow up your order with a call to the Ward to ensure delivery to the patient.
Can you deliver to business addresses in the United Kingdom?
Yes.
- However, as signature is required for all deliveries please ensure that the correct address is given for such purposes.
- This may include providing details such as a building name, department and floor number.
Can I send to multiple delivery addresses?
If you wish to send packages to different addresses you will need to place separate orders. You can however send multiple packages to the same address; you will need to select the appropriate option for delivery, when at checkout.
Delivery Charges
When placing your order, you will be asked to identify your delivery preference and the costs will be shown before any payment is requested.
- Please note that all parcels, regardless of delivery method, will have to be signed for and therefore please provide us with the most appropriate address for you to receive these goods.
